Schools in Berlin
In a place whose past was essentially coined by the Wall, we wish to offer, as an integral part of the school curriculum, a fruitful and active contribution to our politics and culture of remebrance,
We want to raise the critical awareness of the Berlin youth towards separation, racism and violence. We want to enable young people in Berlin to feel connected to their city as a cosmopolitan, open-minded place.
Especially, we want to revivie and strengthen within the multicultural civil society of Berlin the approach of the peaceful revolution from 1989. We wish to build up a project conncecting many generations of people, contributing notably to a feeling of togetherness among the citiziens of Berlin.
